Setting Goals is hard. Long term short term and in between, goals can often put pressure on us especially if we don't see them through to completion.
Some days are simply about survival, so be sure to always have a survival goal in place so you can insert it when ever you need it. Goals are great motivators especially when they are in 3-4 parts, attainable! When you come upon a tough day, rather than being frustrated or mad or sad because a particular day set you back a bit, remember to insert the survival goal in, and then work at going stronger the next day. If you have several days/ weeks where survival is inserted too often, seek help, and do some self care practises. You are so important, always take care of you 😊
